Miami Herald
Overview of the Archive Service
Welcome to the Miami Herald archives. Here you will find hundreds of thousands of
articles published from mid-1982-present! This is also the home of Dave Barry, Carl
Hiaasen, Liz Balmaseda, Andres Oppenheimer, Leonard Pitts and the Pulitzer winning
investigative team.
You do not need an account to search our archives. The search is entirely FREE.
You will receive a list of headlines and the first paragraph of each story. However,
to read the full text of an article, you will need to establish an archives account.
The charge for viewing the full-text of most stories is $1.95 per
story.
You will also be able to search El Nuevo Herald and
other newspapers. If you would like to set up the
archive account now, please go to the Library Card
section for further details.
To facilitate your visit to our archives, we have created sections which are full of
helpful information. We hope you have a pleasant experience in your fact-finding
journey. Please take a moment to visit our Copyright Permissions page if you would
like to familiarize yourself with our permissions policy. All Miami Herald/
El Nuevo Herald articles are copyrighted and may not be used without written permission.
